Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions for the use of the BlueGuard website are detailed below. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before making a purchase.
The following terms and conditions will apply to all purchases made via the website or telephone. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to jurisdiction at the English courts.
We have taken every step to ensure that the information displayed on the website is correct. The images displayed on the website are not necessarily a representation of the actual size. If you wish to know the exact dimensions of a particular item, then please feel free to email or telephone us.
We are unable to guarantee that the colour of an image of a product is an accurate representation as different computers and monitors may alter the colour of a particular image.
All prices shown are in pound sterling (£) and include the VAT rate of 20%, unless clearly stated.
We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice. We will confirm any details when replying to your emails.
TERMS OF PURCHASE
The full price of your order must be paid for before we send any part of the order.
The order is binding after you have received the order confirmation and details from us, and the payment for the goods is cleared. All orders are subject to stock availability and payment clearance.
For enquiries about your order or delivery, please contact us on email@example.com quoting your order number.
We are pleased to accept orders online through our secure server.
All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and authorised by the card issuer. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro and Solo. If the issuer of the card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.
All orders will need to be processed with a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder. Please Note: The address for delivery will be the same as the billing address. Please ensure the address given for delivery is secure as responsibility for loss or damage of the items passes to the customer at the point of receipt of goods. If someone without authority signs for the delivery/ purchase at the address given by you, it will not be the responsibility of BlueGuard.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
All credit card details are entered on a secure page on SagePay website and we accept 3D Secure transactions. All these information are transferred using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)
ORDER AND DELIVERY INFORMATION/PROCESS
Once your order has been received you will be sent an automatic email to confirm the order has been placed.
We will then contact you the day before your item is due to be dispatched and will let you know how we will be sending it. Any order placed after 3pm will not be processed until the next working day. Our delivery method aim to process and dispatch items within 5 working days of receiving your order, unless the item is special order in which case it could take up to 15 working days. If for some reason your item will take longer than this, we will notify you by email. We send all parcels using either Royal Mail Signed For service.
BlueGuard will provide free delivery with in the UK. We also offer delivery to European countries and the prices are:
- Order within an European country from £1 to £9.99 will be charged £2.99.
- Order within an European country from £10 to £19.99 will be charged £3.99.
- Order within an European country over £19.99 will be charged £4.99.
We will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure there is a person to accept the delivery on the day specified. We will not be held responsible if the delivery was attempted and there was no one to receive the order.
As we aspire to ship your order as quickly as possible, it may be difficult to change your order, in all probability it will ship before we have a chance to change it. Feel free to send us your request and we will try our best to apply the change before shipping. In case we cannot make the change, you will then need to ship the socks back to us for an exchange or refund. Please follow instructions below. You have to make sure that the socks are not removed from their packaging as for hygiene reasons we are then unable to exchange or provide a refund.
- We offer a hassle free and transparent returns process.
- Ensure items have not been removed from packaging, used or worn.
- Contact us within 30 days of placing your order. Let us know which items you want to return.

Also, we suggest you use a method which allows you to track the package in case we don’t receive it.
We will verify your return and credit the value of your purchase less any shipping costs to the method of your purchase. You will then get your money back.
