BlueGuard socks are covered by a lifetime guarantee that protects against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship should the socks fail due to such defects. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, misuse, abuse or abnormal usage. The guarantee does not cover socks sold as seconds or otherwise specified as imperfect at the time of purchase. We will consider all claims in good faith. If, after inspection, we find that the BlueGuard socks are defective in materials or workmanship, we will replace the defective product and send the replacement product to you at our expense within 10 days of receiving the defective product. If the product is no longer available, we reserve the right to replace the product with the nearest corresponding product of no lesser quality. The guarantee does not cover incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of use, loss of time or similar expenses and our obligation under the guarantee is to replace the socks purchased only.
