Wrong size. Not as durable as advertised

Ordered 1 size 6-8.5. The received package is the said size, but when put on the sock is probably for size 10 and more. Emailed support, no reply. One first day of use, some fabric bits fell off and stuck on foot sole, like those from primark. It does not quite live up to expectation.

Across the Pond Purchase

Mostly satisfied. Happy the product shipped promptly and arrived before Christmas. Customer service was excellent. Quick responses to emailed questions. Recommended size turned out to be a bit large. Recipient says, even though a bit big, socks are thick, warm, and comfortable. Time will tell on durability, which was the reason for the purchase.
